Dr. Allan Nguyen is a dedicated, board-certified orthodontist proud to serve families across Southern California. A native of the region, Dr. Nguyen is passionate about crafting healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime. He combines state-of-the-art orthodontic technology with a compassionate, personalized approach to patient care.

Education & Advanced Training

Dr. Nguyen began his academic journey at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry. Driven by a passion for smile design and facial aesthetics, he completed his advanced specialty training in Orthodontics at the University of Louisville, mastering the latest techniques in clear aligners, traditional braces, and interceptive pediatric orthodontics.

Life Outside the Clinic

Dentistry is a true family affair for Dr. Nguyen; he is happily married to Dr. Thai Ta, a local practicing Periodontist. Together, they are the proud parents of a son and a daughter. Keeping the family tradition alive, their son is currently attending UCLA as a fellow Bruin. When he is not transforming smiles, you can find Dr. Nguyen cheering on his favorite NFL teams. He is an avid football fan and always looks forward to chatting about the latest games and stats with his patients during their visits.
